By accessing and using Scanwise.dev ("Platform"), operated as an autonomous AI vulnerability scanner and reconnaissance system, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Authorized Scanning Only: You represent and warrant that you own or have explicit, legal authorization to audit, scan, and analyze any domain, IP address, or application target submitted to the Platform. Unauthorized scanning of third-party systems is strictly prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication credentials (Firebase Auth / OAuth logins) and for all activities that occur under your account. Scanwise.dev reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in malicious activity, denial-of-service attempts, or policy violations.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Purchases may include single scan credits ($4.99), scan bundles ($12.99), or recurring monthly subscriptions ($49/mo). Subscription plans renew automatically each month until canceled.
Scanwise.dev provides passive reconnaissance, HTTP security auditing, and AI code recommendations on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Scanwise.dev and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from security assessments or code remediations.
