Scanwise.dev is operated by an independent developer ("we", "us"). Payment is accepted only in cryptocurrency, processed by OxaPay. Blockchain transactions are irreversible — once a payment is confirmed on-chain it cannot be reversed, and we do not offer refunds on crypto payments.
Because there are no refunds, we make sure nothing you pay for goes to waste: purchased scan credits never expire. They stay on your account until you use them, with no time limit and no monthly fee.
Every purchase — including the Pro ($49) and Agency ($99) packs — is a one-time payment for a bundle of scan credits (the Pro and Agency packs also grant access to domain monitoring). Nothing recurs, you are never charged again unless you buy another pack, and there is nothing to cancel.
If you completed a crypto payment but your credits were not added, contact support@scanwise.dev with the email address on your account and the OxaPay transaction / track ID. We will investigate and credit your account manually where a confirmed payment was not applied.
